Return & Cancellation Policy

 

At SpareKartIndia we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.

Any products returned must be in a re-saleable condition & include the original packing and documentation.

SpareKartIndia must be informed of any return requests within 15 days of the original order date. Once a Return Merchandise Authorisation number is issued we will inform your how the parts are to be sent back.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

The Customer is entitled for a refund if the product has not been delivered within 30 days of purchase

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

All parts sold by Sparekartindia.com are new, replacement parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications are guaranteed to fit each vehicle as described in the listing and come with a 60 day warranty replacement from the date of purchase.

Each part is covered under a manufacturer's limited warranty for a period of 60 day and unlimited mileage. If a part fails during the warranty period, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives or mail us on admin@sparekartindia.com for questions or claim information. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial use.

No Warranty on Car perfumes

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.

 

Return Exchange Policy:

 

We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. We will pay for the Return if you have received an incorrect part ordered by you, however you will have to bear the cost in case the part is in warranty. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part NOT including any shipping fees.

NO WARRANTY FOR HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLIES, TAIL LAMPS & MIRRORS. HOWEVER IF YOU RECEIVE THE HEAD LIGHT/TAIL LAMPS/MIRRORS CRACKED OR BROKEN, WE WILL REPLACE THE SAME ONCE YOU FILL THE RETURNS FORM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MATERIAL AND WE INSPECT THE MATERIAL RECEIVED.

 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days:

 

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OPEN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE FROM OUR SHIPPER. IF ITEM HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND PARTS ARE MISSING, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY OR RESHIP YOU ANY MISSING PARTS. PLEASE SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 

How Returns / Exchanges Work:

 

All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labour expenses, towing expenses, damages or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.

If buyer orders incorrectly, you must notify us within 7 days. Credit for the item will be issued once the package has been inspected, received and processed. We will NOT pay for any return shipping charges.

Please remember to return the part in its original box and fill the Return Form and we will have our shipper collect the part from you. REFUND for the item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 7-10  Days for processing.) We will refund full amount back to your credit card after inspection.

 

Return policy: We will exchange your item if it is defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock, we will refund your money once we have received the incorrect/defective item in (BRAND NEW CONDITION).

Cancellation :

 

Cancellation would be accepted within 4 Hrs of your orders placed. Mostly all orders would be despatched post 4pm.
